copy files in winamp playlist to single folder?

hello, i'm hoping someone can help me on this....

if i have a playlist in winamp ( or WMP for that matter ) which gets files from various folders on my pc. now i am looking for a plugin or a little program that can take the playlist and copy those files to one folder so that i cna copy them to a usb memory stick.

any ideas?
