Why that many? Are you planning on taking them out or is this a backup solution?

When you says files... do you mean that the disks are exact duplicates of each other? If so then have a look @ RAID.

Otherwise, I'm sure you could mount a bunch of disks in linux and use Clonezilla to duplicate them...
