When you says files... do you mean that the disks are exact duplicates of each other? If so then have a look @ RAID. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAID Otherwise, I'm sure you could mount a bunch of disks in linux and use Clonezilla to duplicate them... Not going to be very quick though...
