Copy/paste and all I get is "Hello!"

Is this some sort of Trojan?

What can I use to get rid of this ****!?

Please help. Any recommendations on freeware or spyware, etc that I can download?

I never download apps that are dodgy, but leave the Mrs alone and anything could have happened?
