Copyright for new website

Do any of you know of who to contact to help me with copyright of my new website?

So, do I then just put "Copyright (or ©) *Year* *My Name*" on the bottom of my pages? And that's it?

If you're a SA company though there's several legal document you need online such as:

- End User License Agreement (EULA) for software
- Customer Relationship Terms
- Privacy Policy
- Refund Policy

What bout if you're not a registered company? Do you still put in the (sign I don't know the ascii for and am too lazy to copy) Year etc etc without those required documents?
