I was recently asked to fill in a physical form of the above, just to say "nothing to declare". I was wondering if there is anything against "signing" an electronic form declaring your interests that can be used/kept on file?

Our company is basically paperless, except for this.

Form CoR 36.3 is a form used to notify company shareholders of a shareholders meeting so not sure what you mean by "nothing to declare"? Are you sure you've got the right form number?

Oh shiz, sorry, 36.4 and a declaration of interests form
