COR for bikes in Durban?

Does anyone know if there any companies in or around Durban that do COR for bikes? If there are, do you know what the names/numbers of the any of the good ones are?

New or Second hand bike?
Selling or buying?

Second hand, buying. It's already in my name. It's been fixed up so it should go through COR, just need a company to sort that all out because I don't have the time and there's also the small issue that I can't ride it just yet :/
