Need some advice/recommendations on Cordless/rechargeable tyre inflators.
I have always used either the compressor in dad's garage, or 12v DC plug in compressors, however these seem to fry fuses in the newer cars, so now I am looking at an alternative in the form of rechargeable tyre inflators.
Not knowing how well these work compared to the compressor versions, I need some advice/guidance.
Currently looking at this one https://www.amazon.co.za/Bosch-Professional-Cordless-Motor-Inflator/dp/B08HQHW4LS?th=1
but would like some input on this or other ones

why do people use these, what are the odd someone lets the air out of your tires and the electrons out of your battery at the same time

I have this one, happy with it.
This seems to be the 2 and not the 2 Pro ... can you confirm which one it is please?

I have the Xiaomi gen 1 and been very happy with it.

If it dies I'll just buy the newer one.

I have this one - it works a treat - I use it to check my tyre pressures regularly (including the spare)... ;)

It's currently on special at Takealot for only R500.

your H6 HEV should have a wired pump in the boot

It does, but it's analog and also a ball ache to hookup.

But mostly the use case is for my motorcycle as it goes in my bags when on long trips and is nice and compact.

And blowing up soccer balls and that kind of stuff.

Not great for mattresses, I just bought a dedicated pump for that.

Damn this thread.

Seems the battery in my Xiaomi is now on its last legs. Might be possible to open it up and replace it but probably not worth the effort.

Is this any good ? Or Goedkoop is duurkoop category ?

Says it is battery powered in description but review says otherwise so I suppose it must be plugging into car socket or perhaps cables to battery terminals ?
