Corel draw x6 issue with icons

So i got corel draw x6 and all the files i save have a blank icon where as before they had previews of the work saved. Not a big issue but i work in so many files that it really helps seeing which one is the one i am looking for without having to open and check.

Does anyone know how to fix the issue? Basically my icons are now white files and no longer show you little pictures.

Thanx but it never helped.I had to uninstall all versions of corel, delete corel in roaming. Ran tuneup to remove all reg entries and reloaded x6.

Working 100% now.
