Seriously Whisk(e)y goes really well with Sushi (especially Salmon) . Something I discovered a few years back. Something "light" like dare I say it J&B or Jameson.

Never tried whisky with sushi, but there's always a first time. I've always favoured a wooded Riesling, or Prosecco, but will definitely try it next time.
