Egg Free - Corn Fritters
1 tin creamed or whole corn kernel
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
No eggs
(If using whole kernel corn, use some of the liquid to keep mixture moist)
Mix together, fry in non-stick pan with just a hint of oil.
