Corne Guldenpfennig is the CEO of the Southern African Federation Against Copyright Theft (Safact).
Prior to her appointment as CEO, Guldenpfennig served as Chief Director of Legal and Enforcement at Safact. Guldenpfennig studied law and was admitted as attorney in 1998 as she headed up the anti-counterfeiting department at Spoor & Fisher as Professional Assistant.
Guldenpfennig also holds a Masters Degree in Intellectual Property Rights and Commercial Law.
