Corné has been involved in the field of communications for the past 12 years. She currently holds the position of communications manager at the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa.
Prior to 2009, she spent five years marketing Gauteng as a tourism destination. Corne is also former manager, corporate affairs at the South African Chamber of Commerce. A seasoned event planner she has been involved in managing and executing many high profile corporate events. Apart from communications management, her professional experience consists of project management, stakeholder engagement, public relations and marketing management.
Her qualifications include a BA (Hon) Communications (RAU), an Advanced Business Management Certificate (Technikon Witwatersrand) and an Internet Marketing Certificate (UCT).
