Corporate-capable DNS registrar

I'm looking for a DNS registrar that can work within a corporate procurement policy. Our payment systems require an invoice before we issue a PO number and then payment via EFT. We don't have the ability to use credit card or debit orders.

Our DNS requirements are to register a number of co.za and org.za domains that we serve from our own name servers, and possibly provide a secondary name server for extra redundancy.

Can anyone suggest registrars that can work within these constraints?
