Am I being too naive? I believe in a companies published values and ethics.

The company I recently joined is a major player in the Health field yet daily I see and hear off under the table deals for contractors

CIOs and CEO behaving in a way that goes against the values. Insider trading. Companies belonging to their spouses or relatives are preferred providers and there is no repercussions

Yet the little guy caught stealing toilet paper. Fired on the spot

The little guy is an example for everyone below the top to keep their noses clean so the ones at the top can profit.

There are so many things wrong with your post, that I'm not even going to bother pointing them out.
 
If it is a FSP then report it to the FSCA. If it's not good luck it's the new way and do as the guvment does.
