This is seriously retarded! I mean, patenting the upgrade button?? I realize people have a right to protecting their ideas, but surely someone must place a limit and say the idea must at least be good, or brilliant, and very very unique. Seriously, are there no ground rules with regarding the patenting of obvious ideas?:wtf:
