Correct address formatting for a flat/apartment

Say I live in apartment #10 at a flat/complex called Shady Pines.
The street address is 50 Grey street.

What's the correct way to format the address? Does one include the apartment name as well, and does it matter which order things appear (street first or apartment details first), like:

Unit 10 Shady Pines
50 Grey Street
Newlands
7755
South Africa

I would say your example is correct, except unit normally denotes a commercial address, Flat 10 Shady Pines in English or Apartment 10 Shady Pines in American.

<country>

Our admin system prints it as follows and is based on the latest spec requirements from SARS:

<suburb>

<postal code>
<country> *
* Not needed if posted within SA, as SAPO uses suburb and postal code.

I go with street number and name, than anything else, not sure why but to me the street make sense first.

I think it works in order of ascending geographical size, i.e. complex < street < suburb < city < country
