Correct Cable to use for for telkom

Which is the better Cable to use if I wanted to replace my existing Cable from the telkom connection into my house?

Not sure what you mean by "Telkom connection" but Openserve recently replaced +20m of old cable from the wall box where the drop wire from the pole terminates to the actual interior wall box that the modem plugs into with twisted pair to improve my connection.

Did they use normal cat5 or cat6 cable?

End of last year the used CAT6 at my house for the same. This was through underground conduit, but they used the double insulated one we normally use for outside. The thick black one.
 
Guys that came here were excellent and very helpful, I must say.
Same here but just the one guy in my case, Alvin, gave him a 9 on the SMS report back - think he's into weight training as I tried to pick up the cable roll and almost gave myself a hernia :D
 
I hate the thickness of the wire they use, no wonder I have such bad stats...
 
I managed to get some outdoor cat6 stp cable. Supposed to be solid copper. Will install the router as close to the outside Junction as I can. Hopefully the SNR is much better now.
