Correct starsat decoder settings

Hi Guys,
Anybody with working starsat can provide decoder settings? I have the normal old decoder. It was working until 27th December.

Problem Technical error after Migration:
• Clients are unable to view all channels they subscribed to.
• Some client can view certain channels however the rest shows technical error.
• Some clients can view the promo channel however cannot view any of the subscribed
channels.
Solution Clients are advised to manually change transponder parameter, failing which, Clients are
then to call the Contact Centre for further assistance. 086 086 STAR (7827)

Please perform a [Factory reset] by simultaneously pressing the [Menu] and [Right arrow key], you will then be
prompted to restart the box, do so by removing the power cable for a few seconds the re-inserting it.
The box will start up and go through first time installation setup, press [Ok]
For [LNB Setup] do not make any changes unless the LNB being used is different to that specified, in which case on
the LNB screen you will change from default [10600] to [10700]
Once done press [Ok]
Choose a transponder to configure by scrolling down to [SES5 DVB-S2]
then press the [Yellow button] to edit the transponder settings





Enter frequency [11976] or [11938]
Scroll down to polirisation and change to [Vertical] by pressing the right
errow key




Scroll down to symbol rate
Enter symbol rate [27500]



Press [Ok] for next screen

Press [Ok]  [Ok]






NB: If the above procedure does not work, there may be a possibility that a [10700] LNB was used, change LNB
setup to [10700] and follow the rest of the procedure

Current tranponders being used:
11938.46 V
11976.82 V
12341.24 H
12379.60 H
11785.02 V

NB: The above procedure will only work for stand alone sytems and not for communal setups
