Corrupt usb help!!(Solved)

Trying to get data off a corrupt usb ,which is the best free tool to use? I have ultimate boot cd and hiren's boot cd is there anything in either of those that can help me?

Thanks for the links garyvdh.I managed to recover most of the data using photorec ,works great!!!
