my opel corsa idle rmp flactuate between 900 to 2000 when idleing and also on the road.

when on the road the it takes time to go back to 900 when i step on the clutch or when i come to the robots and stop

Could be your accelerator cable is frayed and sticking in its housing.
Faulty fuel injector or pump.

Get it to a workshop either way.
 
Sounds like it might be sucking air in through the newly installed pump or the filter has picked up stuff from the removal of the old pump.
 
it started after i changed the crankshaft
Unlikely that that would be the cause, unless the crank shift position sensor has been damaged which would have other symptoms.

Your most likely cause us fuel like or air related, and as has been mentioned before it could be sucking more air from somewhere. Either way you need a patient mechanic with good fault finding skills.

it had a timing a problem which caused by pulley and gear being wourn out and its rmp was always under 1000
