Hi Guys,

Please advice, took my corsa lite 1.4 2007 model engine number R90001800 for a diagnostic to numerous places, GM and Bosch dealers for a diagnostic and they all gave me the same response, the say my model is an import and neither delphi, odbc and odbc2 connectors are picking up my ecu. Previous owner bought it from GM in 2008 and never had "issues" or needed to take it for diagnostic. Engine check lite has been on and its heavy on fuel. The only difference i see between it and the normal c14ne's and x14ne's out here is the fuel vapor valve. Has anyone come across this engine type and where can i go for a diagnostic?

Have you considered taking it to an Opel dealer? They should have the required diagnostic equipment.

Besides the engine light and fuel consumption does the car drive well?

Took it to GM...they also could not assist...had to pay an arm and a leg for their fruitless labor...all in all it drives fine...its my daily drive from PTA to Jhb...

How would you take it to GM? They don't exist anymore for 2 years.
