Cortisol blocker

Well I'd def get a prescription...given the nature of it I'd want a proper doc to be involved, not some sketchy guy armed with a chem set producing "supplements".

Oh I'm sure there are supplements, but this is a hormone [*] we're talking about & SA supplements are pretty much unregulated and the chance of someone screwing up is too high imo.

*Technically the blocker isn't a hormone, but cortisol is.

If you're aiming for weight loss here, I'd suggest you make a different plan. Most of the stuff advertized as blocking cortisol doesn't do so & the real deal it pretty dangerous as far as I can tell. e.g. This should work ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mifepristone )...but with the side effects etc....meh rather go for diet & exercise.

And of course all of the above is probably wrong & I'm no doctor. Hence as above...go ask a doc and get a script.

Weight loss marine or something else? Very little evidence to suggest it works with over the counter BS.
 
Who's this Cortisol and why do you want to block him?

Weight loss. Seems there are some that say it works and some that say it doesnt. As you know (:D) I am a tad highly strung, possibly due to work and have been told that under no circumstances should I have anything that increases stress, leading to increased cortisol, leading to increased visceral fat
