You ***** who the hell cares about world prices? We live in South Africa. I will spell it out for you- Sasol should have been subsidising our oil costs. Go back to google and do some more research. We can manufacture oil and petrol and whatever locally, it should be cheaper - do you get it now?

Again you dont get it, we have set the price so that we are on par with the international price or maybe that the gvt wants to rape us some more?
It is the same as lets say bread, we can make bread here and therefore we use bread here based on a local price. It should therefore work the same with oil however the gvt would not be able to rob us blind like they have been doing.
Oil is the biggest way that this gvt can rape us, well ok maybe there a couple of other ways.
They have had numerous guys from Sasol and the gvt on radio and TV explaining the cost and blah blah blah propoganda but the reality is that we should be paying a lot less for all our oil.

The petrol price should not be controlled by the gvt. Same as USA, deregulate the fuel.

We got a bike patrol thing going in our street and since last novermber is been relatively quiet, not without incident, but no armed robberies.

Anyway, from the story what bother me is that people think that a alarm might be of some good these days. They probably had some delay on it for some reason and thats why it didnt go off immediately and prewarns them. You should also have some kind of sensors and/or physical barriers external of the house, and inside a security door (with a slamlock) that creates a safe zone (remember to have the keys in a easily accessable place in the safe zone in case of fire) .
