Coverage In Sunninghill

Hie everyone. I want to apply for internet with Neotel, probably something like NeoConnect Prime 10Gb. I am staying in Sunninghill and would someone say is this a good idea or not. I am reading some discouraging stuff from the forum. How is the speed like? I have checked on the Neotel coverage map and they say its Good Indoors.
