Coverage map changed

That's wierd, I often like to go and check what the coverage is doing and now it appears that I am no longer covered...

How can they sell some the service and state that you are in the coverage area and then 3 months later I'm not in the coverage area anymore??

Same thing has happened to me, I checked at the end of Nov last year because i thought i would get prime uncapped or neoflex and I was covered. I decided to wait for flex and now I'm not covered at all for any service.

UPDATE
This is bull, I phoned Neotel and the response was the base station had been optimized for the lite package and the coverage had been lost for prime and flex. This makes no sense. You would think by optimizing the base station signal and coverage would improve but i guess not. So I could've ordered last year when there was COVERAGE but I would have been refunded this year. I was going to order neoflex when launched but I cant now because I HAVE NO COVERAGE ANYMORE. Back to telkom I go.

Just order the Lite or order Prime and downgrade in 30 days if you would like? lol
