Coverage...

Does anyone know where I can find out about new areas they will have coverage in. I live in Krugersdorp and there is absolutley no coverage does anyone know when they might get here? I really need Neotell ASAP it has been over a year without a phone and a stable internet connection my Telkom cables got stolen in January of last year and Telkom refuses to replace them.
