Out of interest, where did you log the complaint? Website or phone number?

Off topic but haven't I read that in some cases the cellphone provider (MTN, Voda etc) carries the warranty and not the manufacturers representative in SA?

I think the first year is manufacturer, and the second year is SP.

I phoned... Then guy emailed me from his email address then filled out form and emailed back to him and the ncc email address
