Cpanel access over 3G

Hiya,

So I'm sitting at CT airport using my 3G connection and I'd like to do some work for a client. Alas, I can't log into the Cpanel that the hosting company is using. The page just ends up with:

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at {page url}:2082.

Are there any problems with accessing this port using 3G? I've tested that the site is certainly working - 3 different people can access it fine.

Nope, I've accessed cpanel on that port, on multiple sites, over 3G, no problem.
