Not sure if I'm in the right section or not, please forgive me if I am.... I have read online about "certified pre owned" phones, the only place I have seen online that has them is a site called "the cell store", I was wondering if places like vodacom or telkom etc also offer cpo devices? I'm looking for a s8 at a good price, also wondering if this cpo devices retains it's ip68 status, that's why I'm looking to see if more reputable places like vodacom or telkom etc offer cpo devices
