The impossible task: Seeking people who will actually recommend a managing agent, ie. have good things to say.
Been unhappy with ours for a while now, have had meetings but things don't really change. Looking for a managing agent to run a building with +- 90 apartments that offers a full service (site visits to meet contractors and all the usual stuff like accounts and running AGM's etc.) We met a company a few months ago that was a lot cheaper than current agents, but they did everything remotely and needed a caretaker on site to handle things which we don't have or want. I'm happy to pay more for a more complete service.
Anyone getting a service they're actually happy with or are all these places as mediocre as the next?
