If you are using 64 bit than Prime95 won't do anything right. Have the same problem with my Q6600 @ 3,6 It fails after about 6-10 min of P95 it runs everything else fine FSX (supports up to 256 cores btw^^), 3DMark 06 -->14600 points, Quake 4, Far Cry 2, Crysis basicly everything.

It was at 24 idle this morning when I got up.
Will run BOINC to fully utilise all 3 cores this evening and let you know.
Cool, but remember that GTA4 doesn't keep my cores at 100%...

In that case, I'm waiting for delivery of the SB sponsered copy of GTA4
Last night when I was tinkering around I held 100% for about 15 minutes and temp went to 46-48 celcius. Not too bad.
That CM Z600 is gonno cool that mofo down nicely.
I think something must be wrong somewhere, cause I have the Hyper TX2 and you are using stock and by the looks of it, my cpu is running hotter than yours and you are OCing as well.

I confirmed in the bios and coretemp. Pretty much the same on both. The heatsink is slightly warm to the touch.
LoL, I didn't touch mine... I use the AMD fusion software to check temps...
