Unzip, burn and boot off it. It's all of 44kb and unzips to 1.2mb.
It does some pretty intensive testing on your memory, chipset and CPU.

It doesn't put much load on the CPU, although the RAM is tested extensively. Prime 95 is basically the de facto stress tester for CPU's
But for RAM Memtest86 is 100% (well I prefer Memtest86+)
