A few days ago my Z3c fell from a desk and cracked the screen near the top speaker. The top right corner isn't responsive. Also, when it fell It snapped the microSD/USB flap straight off.
I'm currently on contract with MTN and I would like to know if they cover external damage both with and without insurance. I am insured but I'd like to know for future reference. I've heard of people going to get their screens repaired and waiting a week to find out it's irreparable.
Will MTN repair this and about how much will it cost
