Recently I got a new ISP account (AXXESS 5gb) and I dont know if its just a coincidence or what but ever since I started using it (from 1st Dec) I have been getting constant ping spikes in ALL of the games I play online. It will jump from 20+- to 200+- very quickly then return to normal. This really frustrates me when I play and other players because to them I am "teleporting" and so they cant hit me either(this mainly happens in Quake 3 but anyway).
I scanned for spyware, viruses etc with several programmes but I am clean.
I then checked my routers(Marconi) status page:

Note the CRC errors @ upstream?(By the way I checked by lagometer in Quake 3 and its shows that my UP is the one spiking when I have these spikes).. I have no Idea what this is lol
but could it be the cause?(the crc errors) I think so but what do I do now?
