I want to create an easy android app for kids i.e. Stories.

I don't know where to begin. What programme to use (that is easy)

suggestion:

If you know nothing about Java or anything coding related maybe look into a Java or Kotlin tutorial just to get the syntax and basics. Look at Kotlin as a language instead of Java as most of the material out there is turning to Kotlin rather than using Java
