Health and fitness is a lifelong journey, we fall off the wagon, we roll down the wrong path, but if we care enough about living a good life, we get back on, and course correct.Thanks for everyone's inputs. I have realized I'm doing some of the things wrong and willing to change them. I have to start walking in the evenings and progress on a good scale with gyming. Also changed my meat to ostrich aswell and more salmon etc with fibrous veg.
