Creating a seperate login for dstv account

It's this possible at all, if for example a Hotel , BnB or Landlord doesn't want guests using the private registered email/mobile account?

keep changing the password every week or after every guest

thats the only option

not much the guests can do with a email address

or set up the account on the name of the place email address

Read this extrat form the T&C and you will see why your idea may not work

. In order to access and view Content within DStv NOW, the User will be required to have a valid Connect ID; be DStv Premium PVR Customer with an active PVR (paying the PVR Access Fee) or a person granted permission to access DStv NOW by such Customer and complete the registration process. Only the first four Devices on which the User signs in with a valid Connect ID will automatically be registered. Of the four Registered Devices, only two Devices can simultaneously view Content. Registered Devices can be changed on DStv NOW every six months.
