Creating A Windows XP Disc

I would like to know from any of you who have to do formats for people now and then. What program/software do you use to create you own customized Windows XP disc, customized for example meaning settings already done and maybe even preinstalled programs.

I find myself having to do formats for people more and more and I always do it the old fashioned way which eats up a lot of my time.

I know about nLite, but I am looking for any other programs since there's a few limitations with nLite.

I don't really wish to slipstream, only to customize, I'm looking for something similar to nLite, but thanks I will look around, thought you would suggest what program you use.
