Creating an electronic signature

I only have Acrobat Reader, not the full monty.

I used to have one many moons ago created for me by someone in IT, but recently it seems that Adobe/Acrobat was updated and my e-signature does not show as an option anymore.

Can anyone guide me to create one? Google says I have to extend my Reader package/option.

Any alternative way to create the signature?
