Creating Flash Applications

Macromedia Flash I guess. Seems pretty good although I hardly ever do anything flashwise.
 
Flash 8 for the design stuff, Notepad++ with an AS syntax add-on for the code (not many good ActionScript IDE's out there...)

y0 Flash is the way. Flash 8 is the latest app which is not bad although still riddled with the usual macromedia bugz - hopefully adobe QC will fix that going forward.

if you want to investigate actionscript i would use Flash's AS default editor which is good enough from basic through to super advanced.

what you planning on building TIAL?
