Creating ISO's from dvd files?

No ISO option is there too. The menu design is just seriously farked-up and counter-intuitive. If you can't find it, you can always load the iso into a virtual driver like daemon tools to cheat.

For these kind of games you should really use a virtual driver to test if the end result is any good before burning it to a real DVD.

The thing is, ive been trying to get it to an iso format. Eventually got there but when converting it with handbrake it told me there of no title(s). Trying the dvd shrink method then handbrake, if that dont work then alvin and his mates can kiss their sorry a$$ goodbye until i find the .avi version available.

You'll probably need to convert and merge the vob's with mediacoder if DVD shrink does not work.

Edit:
What Zabzoo said

Yup, dvd shrink doesnt work, now handbrake tells me "ERROR: Error reading DVD. Some title information might be missing"

Wtf can't people decrypt dvd's properly , oh well im over this pt, 2days going with alot of prog installs and uninstalls... sigh

Edit: btw zabzoo, the folder has all the vob's and ifo's so as far as im aware, ive got it all.

Have you tried Auto GKnot?

Got it running at the moment, seems to be working but i wont know 100% until i watch the final product... tx for the advice, can't believe i missed it since its on my apps compilation

sorry guys, telkom managed to take all night to fix the DSLAM in my area, so I was offline the whole night trying to find the fault in my side... I eventually turned to the helpdesk from h3ll to try and find out if anything was wrong there and they said there is a problem in my area. ugh!!! anyway, glad you came right - I am curious about the ifo's being there and DVD shrink not opening, there must be something different.

the great thing is, you can always still work with the vob files which is MPEG 2 using a media coder like sufferwell said. hope you came right; please let us know.

PowerDVD can play DVD's from the HDD or use nero to burn it to the image burner.

Auto GKnot worked like a charm.... took roughly six hours ( dunno for sure cos i let it run while i slept ) but worked out in the end....

@ Zabzoo: I didn't have a problem with DVD Shrink, infact dvd shrink read the ifo file perfectly. It was handbrake that kept tell me that titles were either not available or there just weren't any titles when trying to convert from .iso to .avi.

Glad I was able to remind you about it :D
