Debit order goes off on 24th of the month, payment in advance
Asked ISP to increase this to 50 mpbs - the rate is R1000/month (ie: R220/month additional)
This occurred on 19th Dec
Received an invoice for pro-rata - 19th to 31st for R 420
Pointed out that since I paid the monthly fee for 20 mbps in advance, I should be billed pro-rata for the difference, ie R93
No, they said, this is a new contract and this is what you pay
So I asked about the R780 paid in advance. This is cancelled. Credit? What credit she said
I asked the lady if she was trained in accounting at a mobile phone co, as this is how they behave
