I've received my daily bandwidth report twice now (I think...) - major issue resolved on the way of getting the billing system stabilised on the way of introducing new packages.
But... can the reports be trusted?
Not being able to have followed usage on a daily basis makes it difficult to actually believe I'm out of official high speed bandwidth.
Add to this the gibberish reporting on the web for this month which kills any confidence in the bandwidth accounting.
I do hope I'm not being charged at OOB rates because I still experience high speed access.
I did try to see what my account's OOB setting is, but I could not find anywhere on the site a spot that shows that status.
iBurst does provide excellent service via Shaun, but uncertainties like this makes one reconsider the options.
