Credit card change issues with Clientzone

So yesterday I tried to change my credit card details in the Afrihost clientzone (web version), but everytime I tried to add my new credit card, I was taken to the 3d Secure page, entered my OTP (the banks one), and then was redirected back to the clientzone. But every time I was redirected back to the clientzone my new credit card details did not appear in the clientzone billing section. I tried this 4 times, without any success.

So next, I tried to add my new credit card using the Afrihost Android app. This was successful and all my product types were moved over to the new credit card. I then deleted my old credit card details using the app, and the deletion was successful. By successful, I mean that when I go to the Payment methods section of the Android app, my old credit card no longer appears in the list of cards.

However, my old credit card details still appear in the web version of the clientzone in the "Manage Payment Details" section. No matter how many times I try to delete the old credit card in the web clientzone, it still appears there. As far as I can see there are 2 bugs:

1) You cannot add a new credit card using the web version of the clientzone, only adding it via the Android app works.

2) You cannot delete an old credit card from the web version of the clientzone, only deleting it via the Android app works, BUT the old credit card details still appear in the web version of the clientzone.

Anyone else have the same problem?

I can ask an accounts supervisor to remove it for you.

Can you send me a pm with your ClientZone email so I can see why that is happening and if it's a Dev issue ask the team to look into it.
