Someone at work showed my this site which is you can get your credit profile (R79.00) - but from TransUnion, Experian and XDS.

Quite a cool site just to follow your history, as I know a few people with added defaults/judgments added for R200 that they never even knew about!

MyCredit only gives Transunion ;)

I got my free copy yesterday and paid the R79.00 for 3 in 1.

I generally prefer to know my credit history before I sign a contract and get nasty 'declined' statements and embarresments ;)
 
On another note, I applied for the free Transunion one last year in November and only found out in my paid credit report (generated in April this year) that there was a September entry that didn't reflect in my free report.
 
hence the reason why it is better to get the 3 in 1 report. The companies you have credit with make use of the different reports based on some or other affliliation or requirement or something... So while one company you have credit with makes use of the one report to record yor credit history with them, another company makes use of one of the other reports...
