So my moms phone upgrade has been rejected again due to something on MTN's system is flagging my mom with a bad credit score.


Can anybody show me how to find out what is flagging this (possibly for free).

When you upgrade there is no credit checks. Tell your mum call 808 and ask for retentions. Sure they will help

I did the Kudough credit check at a Checkers Money Market counter and received the pdf report which has a lot of incorrect information, specifically my personal details have been encrypted by dyslexic people (probably not that much of problem since my ID number is clearly used as a primary key).

However the employment history section is worrying since it lists several companies I have never heard of, I suspect there might be some identity theft attempts in there.

I have not logged into the Kudough website yet which I intend to do soon to see what I can do there.

Is there a specific procedure (that actually works) that one can follow to get credit agencies to remove/rectify incorrect information?
