630 and above for most of the banks I knew with rates dependent completely on the risk. Bare minimum gets you an application but not necessarily an approval nor a decent rate. Over 700 is what you should be targetting

Not all credit bureaus use the same scale/scoring (hell, Experian use a 0 to 5 scale) so you have to take that into account...
