Cricket score on tv screen?

LG tv and the score across the bottom is only half visible.
On 16.9
Go to all the other settings and it's still half hidden.
Same on smaller tv in bedroom.
How to scroll pic higher ?

I think it comes like that from Australia, could not get the picture higher up on Samsung tv either.
