You didn't mention Android in your first post. We assume you mean on the PC here first.
You are going to struggle to find something for Android as Google has a tighter control on the apps.
And the moment you want something for free, you are going to have to deal with Ads.
Just click the ads out of the way and make sure you are running an adblocker (and even better... a hosts file blocker).

And it requires Flash so yeah finding one for Android is hard.

Not free but nothing good in life is, willow.tv. But you'll need a service like Unotelly too.

I don't stream in a browser anymore, but I used to not only block the ads, but also hide the placeholders with Element Hiding Helper for Adblock Plus in Firefox.
