Hi Guys!

I wanted to know how long should you wait in order to apply for a Criminal Record expunged? For a minor offence like Shoplifting (perfume). Others are telling me i have to wait for 10 years, others says that's NOT true. Any solutions or information will be highly appreciated.

I will check on this, but I think you can apply for presidential pardon before the 10 year period is up.

Write the Justice Ministry a letter. Tell them that you now identify as non-criminal.
